STEDINOW assists with the application process for educational institutions. However, the final decision regarding admission rests with the respective institutions. STEDINOW is not responsible for any decisions made by the institutions.

4. Visa Assistance

While STEDINOW provides assistance with the visa application process, obtaining a visa is subject to the approval of the respective immigration authorities. STEDINOW is not responsible for any visa rejections or delays.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for STEDINOW services are outlined in the service agreement. Payments must be made according to the specified schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Refunds may be subject to administrative fees.

7. Confidentiality

STEDINOW will treat all your personal information with utmost confidentiality. However, information may be shared with educational institutions, immigration authorities, or other relevant entities as required for the provision of services.

8. Code of Conduct

You agree to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respectful and ethical behavior. STEDINOW reserves the right to terminate services if you engage in any misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

STEDINOW is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunities, or financial loss.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
